Taco Salad- no shell
Just Chicken

Green Salsa
(Total Calories- 280 Total Carbs- 10)
Orange

Dinner-
6oz. Filet
Brussel Sprouts
Apple

Cheat-
I cheated today.  On day 1.  I had a hand full of raw almonds and a cheese stick


Starting Weight after loading: 225.8 lbs

Weight morning of Day 2: 223.3 lbs.
