Day 3

Breakfast:
coffee and water

Lunch:
Qdoba taco salad
no shell
chicken
green salsa
1 Tablespoon sour cream
1 cup tortilla soup (100 calories) w/o any extras- except a few pieces of chicken
Orange

Dinner:
Filet (6oz)
Green Beans
apple

Snack/cheat (which is not oK!)
1 piece american cheese
10 pistachios

Water water water

Weigh in this morning was 220.2 lbs.
